How to use Sign PDF with PDFroo

Get a natural-looking signature

Drawing with a finger on a phone often looks more natural than a mouse. Use dark blue or black ink, and size the signature to roughly match the signature line.

Frequently asked questions

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. PDFroo processes your files inside your own browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Nothing is uploaded, so your documents never leave your device and there is nothing for us to store or delete.

Is this a legally valid signature?

PDFroo adds a visual electronic signature, which is accepted for many everyday agreements. Some legal documents require certified digital signatures (with a certificate) – check the requirements for your document.

Can I remove the white background from a photo of my signature?

Yes. When uploading, keep “Remove background” on and PDFroo makes light pixels transparent.

Can I sign multiple pages?

Yes. Place the signature on as many pages as you like, or use “Place on all pages”.
