Corrections Policy

We want every step and result on PDFroo to be right. If something is wrong or out of date, please tell us.

How to report a mistake

Email hello@pdfroo.com with the page address, what the page says, and what you saw instead (your browser and device help). Please do not attach confidential documents; a description or a sample with fake data is enough.

What we do

1. We try to reproduce the problem with our own sample files.
2. If the page is wrong, we correct it. If the tool is wrong, we fix the tool or document the limitation.
3. Meaningful corrections change the page’s “Updated” date and are listed in the changelog. Typo fixes are not listed.
4. If a correction changes a result we quoted (for example a file size), we re-run the test and update the “Last tested” record.

We do not silently change what a page claimed. See also our editorial policy.
